How do I store my cake?

If the cake is being eaten on the day the fridge is a good place to keep the cake. We recommend overnight storage in the freezer in an airtight container.

How long can I keep it for?

Our cakes will keep well for up to 3 months. Some discolouration and cracking may occur but will have no impact on taste.

Whats the best way to serve?

To serve a whole cake, it is best to have it taken out from the freezer an hour before serving or thirty minutes for a slice.

Help! I need a cake urgently!

Put in an order by 3:00pm for next day pick up or delivery! Otherwise get in touch with us to see if theres anything we can suss out.

Do your cakes contain traces of X allergen?

Although we take the upmost care when handling our products, we are not an allergen free facility. Please refer to our items' product pages for ingredients used. If you have any queries about allergies, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Do you take orders for events / corporate / large parties?

Yes! Please get in touch and we'll see what we can work out for you.

When will I receive the cake on the day of delivery?

We have two time bands available for you to choose!

Daytime - 10am - 2pm

Evening - 6pm - 9pm

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations come with a full refund if done 48 hours prior to delivery date. We hope you understand we cannot offer refunds or cancellations after we have started making the cake.
