Andy - founder of Fat Carrot Cakery - needed to reinvent himself in the kitchen after transitioning to a vegan lifestyle.

Launched into new culinary territory, he was out to prove that plant-based food is no sacrifice for our taste buds. Months of experimenting in the kitchen followed.

He was delighted to discover that not only were the treats he started making just as delicious, but often healthier, less processed, and containing less allergens!

Andy has since launched Fat Carrot to share these treats for more to enjoy.
